Time Window is a self-organized artist biotope with around 40 Rotterdam based artists from all kinds of disciplines. They collaborate but also work as individuals. As of 2021, They are a self-organized talent development institute, allowing artists to create their own path. Together they develop new working methods to change the system from within, towards an art world that’s more transparent, supportive and fair.
